Who is Andrea Taylor?

Andrea Taylor

Andrea Taylor, BA, M.Ed., and Ph.D is an experienced and entrepreneurial professional with a high level of organizational, relational, and administrative skills. She is a published author and ghostwriter. Her special interest in personal narrative (the power of personal story) is backed by experience and doctoral-level research. Her contributions to the body of knowledge include (1) publishing the first scholarly personal narrative as dissertation at her university and the third in the country at the time; (2) providing future researchers of her topic (The Impostor Phenomemon) the most comprehensive body of research to date; and (3) the first dissertation on her topic written from research and personal experience. Her leadership experience ranges from teacher, principal, school founder, curriculum publishing, writer/project manager, co-owner, program developer, to college instructor. She is currently working on two books: (1) The Second Door to Freedom: From GED to Ph.D. and Beyond and (2) Custom Publishing Made Personal, her experiences helping first-time authors publish their work.
